Terms of Service

By accessing or using KriftAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

KriftAI is operated by Next Number Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Next Number Consulting.

KriftAI is available to both organizations and individuals. To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• If acting on behalf of an organization, have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms
• Complete our onboarding process
• Maintain accurate and complete account information

KriftAI provides a structured AI knowledge environment. Your use of the platform is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and any additional terms specified during onboarding.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for ensuring that all users within your organization comply with these terms.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all artifacts, documents, and content you upload to KriftAI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

Our Platform: KriftAI, including its personas, architecture, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of Next Number Consulting. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Your use of KriftAI is subject to our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

For enterprise deployments, data residency and sovereignty requirements are addressed in your specific deployment agreement.

We treat all client data as confidential. Our governance architecture ensures:

• Audit trails for all data access
• Role-based access controls
• Data isolation between client instances
• No use of client data for training or improvement without explicit consent

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

For enterprise clients, service level agreements are specified in your deployment contract.

KriftAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.

KriftAI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on your artifacts and configured personas. While we implement grounding mechanisms to ensure accuracy:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in critical decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI outputs
• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content against authoritative sources

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend access immediately for violations of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
